Whoa, wonderful concept. I love how pterosaur-like your dragon renditions are. I'd love to see more of this in the future!

The real dinosaurs were more fantastic than anything in fiction, so I like to use dino anatomy when I can. :)

I've seen a lot of people incorporating raptor anatomy into their dragon designs (which I also like) but this is the first time I've seen a pterosaur-like dragon. Kudos, good sir.

That windshield would be like trying to swim while having a boat anchor strapped to you. Just an idle thought.

It has a metal leading edge, and it is shaped to slice through the air, like a sporting motorcycle's windshield. And it makes carrying a rider MUCH more aerodynamic than the wind drag the rider would produce.

They are, but considering that dragons aren't real existing creatures, it's completely up to the artist's interpretation what they want them to look like. Some -LIKE- their dragons to look saurian. =3

Well, until we know what a REAL dragon looks like, it's really the duty of the artists to portay them to us. Personally, I think the dinosaur-like dragons are fascinating, but that's because I'm a huge dinosaur buff. >_>

::i chuckles:: im not saying that they arent all im saying is you never know what is real and what isnt. just because someone saids it isnt real doesnt always make it true.

It's pretty safe to assume that if there ever were dragons, humanity made them extinct a long time ago, but that's just the conclusion I've reached from my knowledge of folklore, mythology, and archeology. I certainly hope I'm wrong, but the evidence definitely suggests that humans brought the end to dragons.

how do you know that for sure? people seem to assume anthros arent real and yet lots of people have animal like traits even myself. who knows if there is another dimention where the impossible exsists. dont always belive what humans say cause the government has its own secerts and no one has stopped them or tried to prove what they say is true or not. they could have anthro exsperiments under cover.
