With his physique Incineroar would be a natural for focusing on the upper body for tickling and he's also one of those Pokémon whom make for a good tickling target in general. As for his feet with them being unseen we could easily imagine that with his armpits, ribs, stomach and around his knee being tickled that there might well be other floating feathers tickling his feet. In any case the lighting effects here are lovely and it does look like it could be a hellish experience for Incineroar though I think he'd be a Pokémon that actually enjoys getting tickled but is too much of a tough guy to openly admit it.
