Not everyone seems like they're PCA material. Tracy comes from a long line of backwater folks buried deep in the swamps and wetlands of Sinnoh, and they seemed to be content to remain right there. Rough-and-tumble conservative folk, the lot of them were a bit shocked when their pride and joy has worked hard enough to collect grants and funding (as well as a passing entry exam grade) to make his way to the PCA.

His parents had many a talk with him about attending a school 'full of fags, dykes, drugs and sin' as his father rather bluntly put it. He countered with stating the PCA had one of the best pre-college Mechanical Engineering courses in the world, and he was dead-set on becoming a serious greasemonkey in the long run. Even though they continued to have their reservations, his parents sent him on his way. Tracy hasn't looked back since.

Tracy's not the sharpest knife in the drawer, but he's exceptionally perceptive and has nimble hands for being such a big-fingered Bagon. This, mixed with his natural strength from years of lugging around heavy things in muddy terrain, makes for a guy with some talent as fighting, even though that's second on his mind. He's also spent all of his life in what one would call 'rustic' surroundings, and the trip to the PCA has blown him away, as does every single experience he's been having since. Still, he hides feeling like a square peg with a big smile, a friendly nature and a love for things that go fast, taste good, and rarely a combination of the two. (He's a sucker for fried dodrio.)
