There are several other tabs of this workbook to track related things. I love excel/databases and statistics. Formulas are so useful. :p

-Lines color-coded by status (Conditional Formulas)
-Payments highlight out-of-tolerance for pay-pal refunding (and approaching tolerance limits) - you know a few folks just can't manage their time effectively. not often an issue though.
