Saara's starship is named "Skiiros." The word in her language means literally "starfire" and is a poetic name given to the band of the Milky Way seen from her planet. Saara's people see much better in the dark than we do, so for her the sky is never entirely dark, but almost luminescent, especially as her planet is near the Pleides stat cluster and its nebula.
The ship is larger inside than outside. The three dimensinal spaces are laid out in a four dimensional enclosure. here was no particularly good way to illustrate it in this plan, but you could imagine the interior spaces radiating away from the centeral passageway, and extending beyond the skin of the ship.
More difficult are the 4-dimensional connections between rooms. I didn't know whether or not there was any way to envison how the would work, but when I sketched a tesseract (an "unfolded" four dimensional cube) I realized that there was a way. Just as with a tessaract, you can mark which faces of the eight cubes touch each other, you can do the same with a four dimensiion hyper-hexagon. The flower like design in the bottom left corner is just that. Follow the arrows to see where the doorways opened into.
The four dimensional nature of the inside space of Skiiros creates interesting phenomena. For instance, you can start in room C, walk through room 1, through room F, and be in room C again. In fact, without ever departing from a straight line, you can walk through these three rooms endlessly. Another oddity. Starting in room B, you can walk directly into room A and then into room F. But you could as easily take the door to the right, and walk directly into room F without going through room A.
Naturally, not all these connections would be exploited in practise. Most of those doors would be sealed walls.

So the Bias Ring would allow people to re-orient between the forward and rear sections?
In the General Level diagram, is "1" the Free-Fallway?
How do the smaller vehicles fit into this?
And I presume that power and fuel systems are similarly located in 4D segments and therefore not documented here.

Yes. That's the purpose of the Bias Ring, though I've never finalized its design. In the forward section, you've noticed that "up" is up on the diagram. But "up" in the rear sections is at right angles.
"1" is the Free-Fallway.
Smaller vehicles are carried in radial bays arranged around the Free-Fallway like petals in a flower. The Free-Fallway is open in this section, rather than an enclosed tube.
Power is in the two Motive and Sub-Systems levels, and similarly extends into 4space. Thee is no fuel, per se. Energy is extracted from the vacuum energy of the universe (its currently fashionable to call it "dark-energy.")

Face it! You're putting together something that's not entirely inside of this physical dimension! It must be hard to make decisions on premises like that. What I want to see next? I want to see that unfolded tessaract you sketched. That would mean a great deal to me. I still can't wrap my head around that and I want to deal with technology so damn small you have to build it with an electron microscope and slightly larger robots!
Unfolded tesseracts are nothing new and easily found. They look like this --

You have to imagine each letter to be a cube. There's also one cube above and one below the center one. Now fold them up so each face touches six other faces, and you have a hypercube!
That's the part nobody can do, except mathematically. The trick I pulled off was to realize that with hexes, the unfolded hyperhex was more symmetrical.

This is very intriguing design that I can't even begin to try to get my head around. You've obviously done some research to know about the Pleides cluster and objects like tesseracts and fourth-dimensional space. I always like seeing scifi/furry fans who know what they're talking about.
