And yes... Steve Urkel will team up with Scooby and Gang... while I am sure Scrappy will still be considered to be taboo in the franchise for being how "annoying" he was...

Yeah, after being left out for Curse of the 13th Ghost, pretty sure if there is a ACTUAL list of probable characters for Mystery Inc to encounter, having Scrappy being an ally to them would be dead last on that list... they would bring him back as either a heel or a joke, but thats about it...
It more than just that. Curse of the 13th Ghost was pretty much the best bet he had to at least have one more legit appearance, even with the rushed ending, the movie did do Flimflam right... but it also just overlooked Scrappy altogether... and right now, they're giving Steve Urkel a chance in the spotlight...
