The final look of D. Dan's new nemesis. He is a goat demon from an unknown ancient origin and age.
He has a look similar to Baphomet but is not him. If Baphomet were from a species of demon then this one here is from the same species. He is a horde king status demon and his name 'Sān-Aku-Ma' comes from the Chinese pronunciation for death and the Japanese word for demon. He is an anime style villain since anime villains are the best. LOL. ^\/^.
He likes possess the purest of souls of individuals like paladins or other individuals who are lawful good. In the process of corrupting the soul he eats it from the inside out causing the individual excruciating pain. The process can take centuries if he wants if and can keep the individual alive as well. While the person is possessed, he can control the body like a suit with the person witnessing all the evil he does.
His weakness is that, while outside his domain, he can not live very long. As such, he needs a vessel and prefers only the lawful good types (he's picky).
When he does take a body he heightens the abilities of the person he possessed and increases their build. He also causes them to get a much darker, or blacker, color to their skin, fur or feathers. Their looks and armor become sinister looking and their eye color becomes redder. And though he can keep a vessel alive for long periods he can only keep a vessel for so long since it still deteriorates.
Once a vessel is taken he can not simply go back to it when he leaves. And since there is a short supply of lawful good types in any decade or century he does not get a new vessel that often. And, while in a vessel, he is more weak to sealing magics.
When he does become sealed, and eventually gets free, he gets vengeance on the individual who sealed him or the youngest descendant of the sealer. He was last sealed in the 14th century by D. Dan's ancestor and has recently broke free from the sealing. Naturally he wants to pwn D. Dan and, since D. Dan is a lawful good type and needs a new vessel, would like to make D. Dan his new vessel. The conflict here is that he so much wants to hurt D. Dan, but only after possessing him (like I said, he's picky and likes a fresh meal, LOL). I can imagine him saving him at times by destroying other bad guys. LOL. ^\/^.
The symbol on his head is made up and may play a part. It is a crystal and was made from putting together random shapes and then morphing and adding filters to it. Cheap, but effective. Plus it adds a difference in color to the mostly yellow to brown look. LOL. ^\/^.
Oh, and he is the type who would kill entire platoons of his own horde for the failure of one soldier, torture for no reason and vote for raising taxes higher. Yup, he's a bastard alright. LOL. ^\/^.

Nah, not the look I was going for. The only adornment must be on the forehead so that the focus is on just that area. It goes with his whole power thing and what not. Plus I think it would be cool to destroy the beast by destroying the symbol. In other words, a good epic stabbing in the head with a decent sized sword. LOL. ^\/^.
