Initially was a prime supporter of the SRA that brought the United Nations Bureau of Superheroes into the US however in the years that followed he became considerably more neutral until he started to take an opposite stance on the Bureau. While not outright against it he has vocalized his support for stricter regulations in the United States for the Bureau itself and the general super population.
In recent years he has become part of the US committee regarding the International Cosmic Defense Force, seeing them as an alternative defense to the west's supervillain problems while pushing for increased support of the organization and other government hero programs over the Bureau itself.
