The result of a joke that started with a few people and grew into a character. Captain Theodoor Lotsabootie is a Vul privateer in the Hearth Star universe, quietly sanctioned by the Galactic Republic to put pressure on its enemies such as the Society of Justified Works. Theodoor Lotsabootie and his "Booty Bois" have a long history with the authoritarian matriarchy of the Society, all of them former captives that were partially converted into becoming love slaves and domestic assistants for high-ranking Society females. While feisty, proudly effeminate, and enjoys being handy with a vacuum or in the kitchen, Theodoor and his "Bois" all maintain an independent streak as wide as their hips. =P
