A new character I've been working on:

This is Adrastus (which means "courageous" or "he who stands his ground" ), a young Greek goat boy who is an "unwilling" follower of the god Hermes. Though a common boy, his heart longed for adventure, and he unexpectedly finds it.
Having stumbled on a band of pirates, he was chased into an unusual cave where he found an odd pair of sandals, upon touching them they instantly went on him. Paniced, Adrastus didn't notice the pirates who came in or that a strange monster; a ceto, appeared form further in the cave. Adrastus made a run for it, surprised at the sudden speed he had gained, leaving the pirates with the ceto. When he looked down at his feet he saw a pair of wings on each, realizing he had found an item of the gods.
Unfortunatly, he couldn't remove them, and his home was troubled by the sudden turn of events. Things get weirder when they are visited by an oracle, who tells them that Adrastus was "chosen" for task by Hermes, but doesn't actually tell Adrastus what that task is.


Still working out his backstory, so it's still a rough idea of what I have in mind.

I'm very happy with the final design and overall pose for Adrastus, pretty simple but they work. With any luck I can work out his colors soon.
