one portion is usually 4 white wax peppers, one small onion and 1 or 2 tomatoes. You cut the onions in dices, put them in a pan with hot bacon or grease, then you cut the peppers in thin stripes add them to the pan too, then the tomato also in dices or strips (whatever you like) and you fry that a while (5 to 10 minutes).
spices... I usually add a bit broth powder or broth itself, salt & pepper & paprika powder & a bit sugar. Continue frying it for another 10 to 15 minutes - of course by stirring it around in the pan so that it does not get stuck.
You will notice the peppers will become soft and once that point is reached you can additionally hit an egg into the pan and stirr it up with the whole mass untill the egg is finished.
