At last this boy is finished! His name is Roo and he belongs to Andrew! I had a great deal of fun working on him. This is the way I will be doing references from now on. Their layouts and backgrounds, etc will change depending on the client and characters involved. Once all my commissions are finished I plan on updating the references for all of my guys (which will probably end up being at least a 6 month project).
Also I just want to say I absolutely adore this color pallet.
