Ursula Helen Diggette is the daughter of a U.S. Army veteran Nolan Diggette. When she witnessed the murder of her parents at the age of 9, she swore to hunt down their killer. At 11, she got her revenge and killed a white supremacist, who took the lives of her parents, with a samurai sword. That is why the sweet, innocent Ursula became cruel and vengeful and trained to become a mercenary. Carrying her father's stopwatch as her good luck charm, she became the deadliest canine assassin in the American history. After being betrayed by Mr. Purga, the chairman of F.I.D.O. and her comrade, Katja Barkanova, she escaped back to her hometown of Los Angeles, where she fell in love with a saluki who is a data scientist named Sunil Saluching. The two of them get married and she became wealthy and now took Sunil's daughter, Charm, as her stepdaughter. But, not all was well between the girl and the woman, for Ursula used her father's hypnotic necklace stopwatch to put her stepdaughter under a trance and turned her into her servant. But, little does she know that she is being pursued by Charm's former lover, Tetsuya Inugashira. Diggette has a more mellow side towards Justin and considers him as her friend, though Justin blushes in embarrasment. Justin wants to help the relationship between Diggette and Charm and will stop at nothing to reconcile them.
