uhhhh basically I just discovered oekaki a few days ago (I had known of it, but somehow it had never occurred to me to sign up for a board) and I am really infatuated with it. halftones are my husband <3 but I'm probably overusing them, which makes sense since they're new and exciting to me.

I did this one in PaintBBS, and I'm actually pretty proud of it. Maybe the face is slightly too wide, but this character is supposed to be chubby, so I feel like it's not off by too much. This is another one of my characters I hadn't drawn digitally before. I don't have her personality quite figured out; basically, she's an ally of the protagonist and she trolls everyone all the time. What a kool kid.
