Candy Costume Design
...seriously, this is the second time I've ever drawn Candy and the first time in a very long time so I really need to familiarize myself with her design. Her eyes should be a bit larger, but, this drawing is more to illustrate her costume design than anything else, so I can practice a little more later.
Anyhoo, this is what Candy will be wearing most of the time. The girls change clothes for assorted occasions (sleeping, partying, hiking, etc.) but, these are the clothes that she will more often than not be wearing.
Candy is a very athletic and sporty gal. Living in a house with no other females, five brothers and a father, she's very much adopted the habits of her brothers. It was Tange who introduced her to femininity and thanks to her, she's not as...tomboyish as she was in her youth (and she let her hair grow ). But, she's still a sporty girl who loves to do things that require athleticism and so, her clothes reflect that.

Ohmigosh! That hair! Amazing! An I love how that clothing came out. It looks so good on her! Very sporty and yet very feminine and elegant. I would play tennis with her in that outfit =~.^=

You did a wonderful job, Kitty! Hee hee, and don't worry about little flaws in her design; as you said it's only the second time you drew her, so it just takes a little practice! That always happens with new characters =~.^=

Tennis, volleyball, soccer, basketball, swimming...you name it, she plays it So you'd have lots of options with regard to recreation with her

Correction; she would have a lot of options, but for me it would be pretty much limite to tennis, that's the only sport I can decently play, hee hee! =~.^= And I somehow have the feeling she might not be too interested in my main sport of racing cars, haha!

Ah yes, and I know what you mean. When you have drawn or written a character regularly, or at least often, they flow from your pen much more smoothly because you know them much better. But I have absolutely no doubt that you will get to that point with all of these girls quickly! Besides, frok what I can see here, you're still in excellent shape! =~.^=

I SOOOOO know what you mean! I had to chain my muse to a chair and whip her too after she had left me for several months! I ended up just firing the darn girl and appoint my darling new character Celeste as my new muse; she thinks it's a hoot, and she doesn't even have to do anything special; she just has to act like her regular loony bubbly nitwit cheery self to provide me with tons of inspiration! =~.^=

Mmm, perhaps I might have to invite Tange over to southern Georgia sometime to join my undergroun streetracing group for a night of fun and excitement... she can borrow one of my classic streetrace cars, too! =~.^=

In any way, I would be happy to take Candy out for a night of racing in my little Georgia town sometime... although I would have to keep her away from the racer known here as 'Candy', because that's a meanie! And the crew of my racer group might think Candy here is Bubblegum... little do they know that was actually me in a fur dye disguise to sneak into some amateur races once!

Her eyes look perfect to me, too... especially with that color! Oh my gosh, and her hair... that's amazing! Although I have the idea she might want to tie it into a long ponytail or a braid when doing any kind of sports, hee hee.

Thank you so much! I'm trying my best to make them individuals both characteristically and visually. They're my girls (and Boomer ) So I'll keep giving it my all.
And yes, she ties it back quite often. When she's playing, when she's working, when she's pretty much doing anything, it's tied neatly back

You're very welcome! Yes, as far as I can tell, you are doing a very good job at distinguishing their individual characters and personalities, both in their looks (and most importantly, their expressions and poses), and the way they dress =^_^=
Hehe, and that sounds very logical, indeed. although I have to admit that I do like her looks better with her hair all loose and falling along her shoulders and her back in such lovely cascades =^_^=

Yeah that's a sporty 80's(?) girl all right. She looks cute in that!!
To be honest though (hope you don't mind) I'm not so sure about the blue. I won't say it clashes (it's way better then the green eye option looked on her), its definitely not ugly, but it just... doesn't complement her either.
Speaking of eyes though, esp. with the way you changed the inner eye, I think you really choose the perfect color! A lot better than any of the color options you (or I) showed earlier. They're deep but still cheerful and the color goes perfectly with her fur. :)
If she often ties her hair back (read that in the comments up there) you could make her wear the elastic cloth around her wrist whenever she has her hair loose.

Honestly, Candy is a bit of a tomboy, so she wouldn't choose colors that compliment or flatter her, but rather colors that she just likes OR, the more likely option is that she would choose clothing because it was comfortable and not because it's trendy. So, with her, it's better that she doesn't look so fashion savvy because it's not exactly the best fit with her personality
