[COMM] - "Wrong Place" - Mawshot & Vore
Darkness. A lightless, arid landscape.
The dusty black sky slowly turned grey when Sun's hidden disk arose upon the horizon.
Aerith had just awoken after a long sleep full of nightmares and visions from the battle she had fought the night before.
She was still drowsy when her ancient magmatic eyes spotted a pitch black object swiftly floating towards her direction, high in the sky. Another silhouette in the dark environment caught the gaze of her thin pupils; a slim, furred body was casually hanging around in the deep dusty desert, wandering about as if they didn't even know where they were.
She was sure they weren't part of the enemy army. They were naked and she hadn't spotted any biotechnological implant. Plus, their fur was clean and bright.
How did a creature like that manage to get in there!?
The black capsule was drawing closer and the next battle would have started very soon... she had to act quickly.
She unleashed a strong roar to awake the other dragon Guardians and launched herself in a desperate run to save the strange blue-ish thingy thing.
She finally got in front of the small creature. They must have been one of the survivors, although so different from any of those she had met before...
There wasn't much time to think though.
The black object floating over her head began to change into a rotting dragon centaur, ready to fight, pointing their sharp lance towards the dragoness' skull in order to pierce it.
Even though Aerith was one of the most powerful Elemental dragons in the battelfield, she was the youngest and the most fragile among all the others. Furthermore, this unit was larger than most, almost reaching her 12m height.
Rapidly, she collected the small creature in her mouth and started running away, lifting up a dense cloud of dark dust to distract the bio-machine.
The ED-WF08 unit crashed violently on the sandy ground, pointing his shining black dragon-bone lance skyward, radiating a shrill screech which echoed through the valley.
Just then, a powerful ice bullet hit them hard in the face, while the six other Guardians were flying towards the enemy.
More dark spots were becoming visible over the cloudy horizon.
The dragoness had to find out where this poor little thing popped out of, there might have been more like them.
"Phew, I barely caught you. Hadn't I found you, maybe you wouldn't be here anymore. Now tell me, little one, what is such a frail creature doing in such a place? Aren't you aware of the danger? There's no food or water, only sandstorms. Nothing interesting here"
She decided best not to mention the colossal war happening behind her back to avoid scaring the creature. But their answer surpreised her and, after realizing their real intent, she blushed...
"Uhm... I don't think it's so bad... And now it just got more interesting..."
