Great stuff.

I really like the way you did the hair in this one. The strands are a good blend of chunky/stringy, so it makes good variety, and the discreet amount of lighter brown used for the shine on the hair looks good. It adds texture but doesn't stand out obtrusively. One suggestion I have is to move that right eyebrow a little more towards the center of the face (the eyebrow on our right, that is).
