So here's the last thing I got to work on for Archie's run of Sonic the Hedgehog -- the alternate cover for Sonic Universe #57: https://archiesonic.fandom.com/wiki.....sue_57#Variant
I LOOOOVE Bean and Bark. Ian does a great job of writing them, for one thing, and I was stoked to get a COVER slot where the two of them were being featured in a most bizarre way. The idea for this came from an email brainstorm between myself and then-Editor-Supreme, Paul Kaminski. I think we literally were looking to do the dumbest theme possible that we could get away with on the cover of a kids' book, and still have the target audience "get it". :)
