Lunar Man is a Megaman character I made up. I was trying to focus on a werewolf-like design for him. His bio is that he was built in a science lab as a test subject for a new way of collecting power, by using the light that comes from the moon at night. Lunar Man would capture the moonlight with the use of his lunar panels on his shoulders, thus making him lunar powered. Lunar Man apparently developed a love for wolves and the night. Eventually, the light from the moon somehow made him crazy and he went on a destructive rampage. Most of the staff survived Lunar Man's rampage without any injuries. Lunar Man escaped and soon began reaking havoc across the globe. He's added a few wolf-like features to his body. His main weapon is the Lunar Shot, which is just a laser beam made up of light particles from the moon. His secondary weapon is the Lunar Slash, where he uses his claws to slash at his opponents. When he fights, he moves at fast speeds to avoid enemy attacks. He moves around by dashing and jumping. His weakness is sunlight or fire, which is ironic because his twin is called Solar Man.

(As a side note: I'm guessing Lunar Man would be considered partially anthro... right?)
