Shadows cast
By moonlights glow
Distorting all
The world below
A pure white wolf
Hunts her prey
Until she sees
The light of day
She takes her catch
Back to her den
And feeds her pups
Numbered in ten
Sleeps all day
Until again it is night
Howls thanks to the moon
And then takes flight
To join her pack
Never have a care
Others attack her
They wouldn’t dare
A single shot
Rings through the hills
A red stained pelt
And the huntress is killed
