Or so the trend would seem. This always happens. I've just never fully subjected you folks to it.
I get on a train and it's hard to get off. There's too much character in that character and I can't help but want to document it in a visual fashion.
This started as a hand. I love big expressive hands.

I totally get what you mean about getting on the Tom Waits train and not being able to get off for AWHILE. I've been feeling the urge to do visual representations of his music myself for the past couple of years, I just get intimidated by the task. I've really been wanting to do something with 'Small Change', 'Singapore', or ' Pasties and a G string'. So glad I found your page!
i can understand the intimidation for sure but you should totally go for it! it kinda helps that there is this weird eclectic-ness to his music that just seems to foster interpretations on an idea. but thanks a bunch :) sorry for uber late reply, FA is pretty low down on my list of life priorities right now :x
