I thought Ganymede was one of Jupiter’s moons? I mean, it was Zeus who brought Ganymede to Olympus, not Cronus (who’d presumably already been cast down by that point).

It would be a spectacular location to take a bath, with the mountain I imagine being regarded as a place of great significance, whether by nature or perhaps in ancient times by unknown artisans having been carved into the shape of a dragon's head. The fountain itself perhaps has mystical qualities, a source of healing or perhaps to remove curses with our bather having finally reached it's waters and now finally finding himself restored and able to finally relax after a long and arduous quest to reach the fountain. The little dragonets perhaps were his companions on the journey and guided him to this place and now taking their rest alongside him. The world itself, an Earth-like moon orbiting a gas giant around a distant star, the dragons the native species but in a disconnected world like this there are many visitors, amongst them humans like our bather and whom make their home in a thriving if chaotic civilisation of many species and from many worlds.

A beautiful and spectacular illustration which I'm sure your pen pal was very pleased to receive.
