Last free to use thing for today. I used this for my icon~ There's no full size cause this IS full size. I make my icons 1000x1000. And it only comes in blue. If y'all want other colors I can provide every color of the rainbow! Just ask~ ;D
But on the off chance you wanna do it yourself you can easily open it up in firealpaca(this is the program I use, but I'm pretty sure it's just as simple in other ones), make a new layer over it, change the layer to hue, and color over it with the desired layer 👍
OR just use the border by itself and add whatever you want :P
