I first made this to be a 3d concept for a mod team and I'm on it now thanks to this model and the other model that is vehicle/packed-up version of this. I decided to use this in my own mod later on once i have the ability to put my models into Red Alert 3.

The ball in the middle is basically a ball of spirit energy used to form the other buildings of the base by making their structure from the spirit energy first then turn it physical.
