Well, actually something I created back in the 80s when I worked on the kids' TV series The Great Space Coaster - any furs remember this one? (You would've have to have been born in the early to late-70s to be in its viewership.)
Like it says above, the show introduced some new characters in its fourth season. Since I did the show's post-production (assembling its bits & pieces to create the half-hour episodes) & occasional 1980s-style video effects, they asked me to redo the opening. I overlaid a circular frame around a animated rainbow background (stolen from the original opening & looped to extend it several seconds) and inserted the cast into said frame.
It wasn't really that hard if you know how to use the tools. (Fun fact: the show's opening (without my redo) was spoofed in a Family Guy episode - https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=jZtae5SHLzE )

It still amazes me the someone managed to slip our 'Komos & Goldie'[/b] into the TV Tropes site:

Goldie an "Uncanny Valley" example? I dunno, she looks pretty canny to me.
How did you come across the mention? I spend a lot of time surfing TV Tropes these days (instead of political websites - just too damn depressing lately) & leapfrogging from one internal link to the next. Just happened to wind up on this page & just happened to read the examples which I don't always do. (I usually skip "fan works," "anime" and "web comics" in favor of the mainstream categories.)
