Bad Sonic OCs only rate 45% or less, unless I find out they were made by adult fans. I honestly expect children to be cringey and nuts. But you expect older people, and adults, to make characters they would like to see themselves and it is safe to assume they would be, if not actually good, certainly tolerable.

BTW, In all my years I only created ONE Sonic OC, Miracle. An automoton created by the Archie Comics Universe ancient Echidnas. It is not clear why Miracle was made but turned out so powerful and willful, the original biulders were annihilated mere minutes after Miracles activation. No one can beat Miracle and it is not interested in fighting or killing anyone. Miracle usually only appears when things are so bad the regular characters honestly can not handle it. Then Miracle just goes away to do whatever he is going to do.

However, survivors of the Echidna disaster that created the floating island and wiped out almost all their kind, are trying to defeat Miracle to have his power. Ironically, to be powerful enough to defeat Miracle means you don't need his power.

Meanwhile, Miracle seems to function like a benevolent god over Moebius, protecting the world not, necessarily the people.
