Kapoku commissioned me to color a sketch for him during my last commission batch. Now normally I don't do sketches because they are a bit of a pain to work with. I wound up trying to ink it to get the general outline, but my skills in that area are still a bit lacking. Rather than just lose all that work, I laid it over the initial sketch, gave it a blue tint to look like a sketching pencil, then softened it up a bit for definition before adding in a soft cardboard texture to blend it in a bit more. I'd like to think it came out rather well, but as always suggestions are appreciated!
