But I can't say for sure - since I have only watched District-9 so far, and I myself do not know which is better. For that fact, I side with neither of the movies.

I recommend it for those who like action movies - not only is the action very well done (The CG effects are flawlessly done) it also has an extremely strong storyline, and believable characters.
I haven't seen Avatar yet, but I do want to watch it (contrary to what you might think after seeing this comic that I drew).
