Yeah, but see, that's what improvement is. It's not that suddenly your hand just figures out how to move. It's that your eyes suddenly notice something they didn't before. It's like, you spend three months drawing a triangle. And then suddenly you realize you should have been drawing a square.

I think you do have some base talent, however. If you were take the time to practice and practice and practice, you'd get better. It's like with your music - you didn't start out amazing. You had to see where you were making mistakes.
Then again, I'm of the opinion that everyone could draw if they put their minds to it. I'm sure you think the same amount music, but alas, I am tone deaf.
