That's the Newgrounds Fursona Maker V3 Male which I used to create this sham of my fursona.
If you're thinking "Tails with clothes on" yes, I'm getting the same impression, sadly. Oh well, it's a fun representation, and other than the total lack of piercings which my character has, it's an almost decent representation. I think for more accurate body type, I should have gone with the female version, which I do not have a link to. Sorry.
