Looks good. ^^ She's got a nice expression. The background adds an interesting texture.
Her hands aren't very realistic, but somehow I still find their shape appealing. :3
My only complaint is the lineart being so drastically visible through her hair, but I know sometimes that can be a style preference.
Her breasts also seem a little too circular and unaffected by gravity.
Overall, not bad. ^^ Keep it up!
