Another amazing stream commission from 
TKOrca. Leopard supervillain The Black Mark has stolen the superpowers of NightVision (and her techno-contact-lenses that make her powers work properly.) Now, he's ambushed an unsuspecting superhero by dangling down from above (probably from a fire escape?) and hypnotizing him. He's got that leopard-y acrobatic thing going on.
The hero's head being in the pic was a bonus from the artist, so either he isn't one of my regular heroes, or Dobes has gone undercover as a luchador :D.
