I wanted to make Dulan look like a sort of "final boss" here ^..^

Yes I was in an undertale's music mood at this time ;3
The all mighty dinosaur and his Supremacy against Bips and the Karma he incarnates, this is more or less a matter of duality here, if Dulan does not exists the world would be a bit boring, but if Bips and the curse he gave to Dulan wouldn't, then almost nothing would stop him to impose himself !
I hope you like it, I rarely draw this kind of concepts :)
