These two are Arcanaloths from the campaign I'm DM-ing.
The one to the left goes by the name of Octavia, and was hired by my player to manage the day-to-day rabble in the city he's discreetly taken over. Octavia disguises itself as a chubby noblewoman. Its dress was supposed to be more fancy, but I wasn't in the mood to draw anything fancy that day.
The one to the right is named Gerald. Gerald poses as a middle aged wizard in charge of the capital's library, and wards to keep unwanted creatures, such as fiends or aberrations, out of the city. I set him to be a sort of hindrance or minor setback for my player, but not an outright threat. A rival, if you will.
However, with Arcanaloths' loyalty always being up for sale to the one who flashes the most coin in their faces, my player bought Gerald - though very reluctantly. (He has a hard time parting with his gold.)
