This is Skipper. He's a trouble-making little 5-year-old Mew who wields a yo-yo made from the Energy Ball, Sharpen, and String Shot abilities all rolled into one. He was raised by nature itself, along with a ratatta nest and a wise old elder. Stubborn, stern, and egotistical, he wants to be seen as the king of the forest and would gladly take on far stronger opponents if not to prove himself. He may look cute, but don't tell that to his face; he won't like that.
