
1-1 1/2 lbs Pork
3 celery stalks
3 carrots
15 oz can great Northern beans(or similar)
1 yellow squash
1 TB lemon juice
2TB worcestershire
Dried Parsley
Paprika
Ground Cloves
Salt pepper
2 tsp cornstarch
1. Preheat wok to med-med-high heat
2. Slice celery stalks into bite size pieces. Slice and halve carrots.
Put both in microwave safe bowl with with a splash of water.
Cover and microwave for 3 minutes.
3. Slice and quarter squash(set aside in bowl.) open and drain beans(set aside)
4. Cut pork into pieces then put into a bowl. Add 1TB lemon juice and 2TB Worcestershire.
5. Put meat into wok
Add:
12 shakes salt
12 shakes pepper
20 shakes parsley
20 shakes paprika
7 shakes ground cloves
Stir then add:
12 shakes pepper
20 shakes paprika
7 shakes ground cloves.
Stir occasionally.
6. When meat is about halfway cooked mix in carrots and celery.
Let cook for a few minutes stirring occasionally.
7. When meat is mostly cooked stir in squash.
Let cook for a few moments stirring occasionally
8. Add 1tsp cornstarch, mix in well.
Add 1tsp cornstarch, mix in well
9. Stir in beans then turn down to low, stir occasionally until sauce has thickened sufficiently.
Serve.
