Dammmn, this is super-sweet.
I mean, you're combining wings with arms, and while the bones between birds and mammals are analogous, when we're anthropomorphizing like this, it's less "wrong," than if you were drawing a non-anthro bird and got the wings wrong. The only real problem I would see is that I would think feathers would basically be flowing from the underside of the arm (IE, around the elbow bottom), giving this particular hybrid a double-jointed look.

I must say, another stunning piece of work. Quite an exceptional Avian. I personally feel in some ways torn between the different takes that some have where wing arms, winged back, but this falls into a more believable aspect of my mind. It would truly be enlightening to see a breakdown perspective of the wing/hands. Almost brings to mind a almost similar bat like quality to me anyways. A query as to whether the rest of the hand is tri or quad finger past the wing? To me it would potential be two extra at min resting on the back of the wing with potential a central finger used specifically to deploy and retract the rest of the wing. But then taking in account talon count it may just be two digits with the central dealing with the rest of the wing.
You do bring quite a great deal of believable skin/bone/musculature to the wing/hand. And if this is before re-brushing up on wing studies, I can only imagine how much more visceral it will become looking at a rework. Just even glancing at my hand now and look at your piece here... The boney joints, the flow of skin across the form, and just that lighting upon its surface in the dark of night... Astonishment seems inadequately unable to express how it appears to myself... Just those minor details you incorporate makes you really stand out with the pieces.
Bravo... I can certainly say I will enjoy fervently the art you provide till time takes it toll upon myself.
