Some old work. I was bored at Tafe at some stage early in the year and so I took a black and white photo of the Perth (Western Australia) buildings, which is where I generally live, and coloured it dark blue bit-by-bit. It isn't quite finished (there is a few grey patches still) but I couldn't remember how I did it, so I couldn't continue. Hope you like it anyways.
