A set of elements I always enjoy in a piece of fantasy fiction. Some can use a few of these elements so well they don't need all of them; Lord of the Rings and The Hobbit don't have any animated skeletons (there are some warrior ghosts towards the end and a necromancer mentioned off-hand early on). Arthurian legend is also usually devoid of skeleton warriors. Redwall, to my knowledge, doesn't contain any wizards (I only read one book in the series).
But nearly any story that is lacking one of these things will generally be improved by adding it, in my opinion. And once you have the basics covered, you can always add more.
