This is the first orchestral piece I wrote.
Wrote this over the summer and it won the Annual Orlando Philharmonic Composers Challenge. I've learned soooo much since this.
Edit: There's a lot of missed notes and such because the orchestra sight read it on stage. Haha.

This is grand, and you rightly got the chance to hear (and see) it be played live.
And it does sound beautiful (even though I can hear that there are a few notes missing, they should have at least rehearsed it once to show a bit of respect, but if the orchestra could sight read this, it must be an excellent one)

Great piece!
What I actually was really liking is the combination of the strings and brass, doing the melody and the harmonies in parallel, or at least that is what it sounds like. 4:12 I fell in love with That just got to me there. Is this influenced by any type of Latin American or Spanish music? Again, great work
