Siaque and Xenidai Densu come from a race of creatures known as Drasnirve. They live in the jungle regions of Tanmari, a world so filled with magic that each living creature has developed unique and individual magical abilities.

The Drasnirve live in a village, but at the same time are highly independent of their neighbors and often there is some scuffling when they come together for meetings. The Drasnirve are a highly matriarchal race where the eldest female of the village is in charge of their &#145;council&#146;. The Eldest right now is Rahirri, a two horned and pale furred Drasnirve that has become completely blind in old age. The council she resigns over, however, is made of both females <i>and</i> males. The reason they are a matriarchal society is because the majority of females stay in the village and organize things so that the males, if needed, can stay out for several days at a time in order to go hunting for their families. If the females were to be dependent on the males, the village would fall apart. They treat each other equally though because the males are in charge of the hunting parties even when females go along with them.

Drasnirve are known primarily for their ability to turn themselves semi-invisible. During the First War, also known as the Great War, they were used as scouts, spies, and guards against the Zunhal race as it waged war against the Kindred&#146;s (The Kindred&#146;s were a mixture of the oldest races on Tanmari with amassed abilities in magic and old Lore.) They retained this ability after the Great Wars end, though it ranges in strength. The most the most accomplished can do is to turn half invisible. True invisibility is an impossibility for all but some of the most powerful creatures on Tanmari.

Their colors range as much as an ocelots does, from a dingy grey-brown to the rich color of the twins pictured here. Their eye color varies even more and can be practically any color. Their sizes fluctuate anywhere from 30-40 inches at the withers for their largest specimens (a rare occurance) to twelve inches at the shoulder for the smallest.

The Drasnirve hunt anything from small/medium monkeys, to birds, rodents, and fish (yes they like to swim.) They are not omnivores, but true predators.

Siaque and Xenidai come from the Whisperwing Clan, renown for their ability to hide their village in the jungle canopies, and their strength in invisibility.
