This oddball looks like the Soviet answer to the F-82 Twin Mustang.

Its not, Its two Yak-52s that were mated together with a collective center wing and tailplane (much like the Twin Mustang) The Yak-52 is a training aircraft and quite popular as a performance aerobatic aircraft.

This hybrid was the brainchild between 2 aerobatic stunt fliers, and an added WTF is an added ram jet engine mounted between the two fuselages . Giving the aircraft extra speed and climb rates.

Both Stunt pilots used their own stunt planes to make this aviation oddball, thus the two different color patterns. It was actually impressive to see this aircraft perform.
