Looks like its the big, buff dragonite soldier's turn to get the boot ripping, tickle torture XD, with addition of having a smelly boot sole ripped off and stuck to Kai's nose. Really love drawing Kai XD, he is such a cool looking dragonite ^^, wish i could do more with him, maybe i will XD when i get ideas.
