started off as a tattoo for a friend... I was not confident in the design. I don't draw traditional eastern dragons well... and I deffiantely don't have that "tattoo" style to my art. not to mention... I suck at scales...
anyways I ended up liking it like this... and wishing I'd spent more time mappng out the scales.

i think that looks bad ass! and i think the scales look fine, theres just like one spot were there not really facing the right direction, and then typically they get smaller as they reach the points of tails and stuff, but besides that, god its so awesome ^^
