Honestly I was expecting Reilly and Corbin to duke it out some. Like sure Reilly has dealt with worse than him as stated but no two targets are the same. I still expect she would come out on top but not without a couple scrapes and bruises. As for Carla I didn't pick up on her using Sam and by extension Argo as protection from Corbin but she didn't seem to be jamming with the pack that much to begin with so I kinda expected her leaving. As for at the end with Reilly and Sam, I did expect the confrontation but not the very last part.
