Q: What is a habit you cant seem to break?
A: At first I was only biting my nails but for a while now I have many strange habits like sniffing something that has a strange smell, sometimes eating without hands, licking back of my hands when I'm zoning out, lying curled up, jumping into a cardboard box, and so on.
My colleague said that I should consult a psychiatrist.
