Just like it says. My first attempt at a side view of a run cycle in principles of 2d animation. Just a quick view of Yunicoon running off somewhere. Maybe her cookies are burning in the oven?

A couple of guesses at the brightness. If you used a flash, try not to, it washes out the image. Also, you took a bunch of pictures to make this. You can always post process them. Many programs allow for batch processing, so you'd be doing the same thing for different images. Try curves, or simply adjusting the contrast. Another thing you could do is posterize the image, then increase contrast, etc :)
The video was captured with an animation lunch box (http://www.animationtoolworks.com/). The video was than recaptured as streaming video onto a mac with movie maker, saved as a .dv file, than reopened in Adobe Premier where it was edited and saved as an .avi, and than converted over to flash with some free program I found online. I should scan some of the pics though.
