Paulie pretty much hit the nail on his purdy Irish head. This friend of mine worked restaurants for several years, singing to the patrons, and was a manager for a call center for a couple of years. Nice guy, this one. Visit his page an' pester him for vocal samples. He's got a fine tenor voice. :)
