St Paul Downtown skyline across a frozen Mississippi river on a cold, crisp winter's day. A permanantly moored riverboat used as a small riverfront bed and breakfast remains in the water year-round, though the actual operation is seasonal. Harriet Island remains one of my favorite spots for scenic St Paul Photography.
