Then I met up with this fat, black kitty in a parking lot. I thought he'd run away screaming at the first glimpse of my bad dog self, but he just sat still, flicking his tail and looking especially cat-like. I walked right up to him. He yawned, looked up at me and said "You got nothin', mutt."

ok well when i was little my dad had this little chihuahua mix dogs and it almost ripped my left index finger off and since then ive been a scared of dogs bc of that so its me not dogs. it looked identical to this one http://www.dogbreedinfo.com/images1.....AttackMac3.JPG i found out later on that the dog was jealous of me an thats why it reacted the way it did it felt threatened bc he was not getting all the attention from my dad.
I was SO glad to not see an "insert how much cats suck joke here". You're slowly changing my opinion on dogs XD I would have made SUCH A FRUMPY FACE if you had said you chased it off or something XD
I LOVE cats.. specifically black cats, mainly because the best kitty evarrrr is a grumpy ass little runt of the litter black cat who happens to be sitting beside me XD She's whiney, peculiar, and has a fetish for socks when in heat. Anyone who doesn't like cats never took the chance to get to know one! Dogs are awesome but in a different way :3

Black cats are the coolest. I had a little black female named "Monkeyboy" (don't ask) for 19 years. Your kitty sounds very much like her. Gawd, she was such a primadonna.

Oh yeah, as an avid animal lover i have owned a few cats, dogs, and at one point a domesticated wolf, so when it comes to mannerisms, Im the guy to talk to.
